Here you go Rach! I came across this recipe a few years ago while flipping through a Paula Deen magazine. I just love her recipe for zucchini bread. I love it so much, I don’t know if I dare try another zucchini bread recipe. If anyone has a favorite recipe for zucchini bread that you think could compete with this one, please let me know.
Zucchini Bread
Spray 2 (9 ½inch) loaf pans with baking spray with flour. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and next 4 ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Whisk egg mixture into flour mixture just until combined; stir in zucchini, nuts, and ginger. Pour batter into prepared pans.
